General Network Support
General Network Support includes Peer to Peer networks, general file server maintenance, and connected network device support (i.e.: network printers). This category does not include Microsoft Windows Server or Novell Server installation and configuration.
Hourly W/O Contract: $102.00
10-Hour Time Block: $99.00
20-Hour Time Block: $97.00
50-Hour Time Block: $93.00
Advanced Network Support
Advanced Network Support includes installation, configuration and Administration of server operating systems, virtualization technologies, and network storage solutions. This category also includes LAN,WAN configuration as well as network consulting.
Hourly W/O Contract: $129.00
10-Hour Time Block: $125.00
20-Hour Time Block: $120.00
50-Hour Time Block: $110.00
In-House Service Work is available for business clients.
Hourly W/O Contract: $80.00
Minimum Service Rate = $50.00
Workstation Repair Must Be Authorized By Supervisor
Phone / Remote Support
Clients requesting to speak with an in-house service technician will be billed a minimum service charge of $40.00. If a Phone I Remote support session exceeds a 15-minute time period without resolution the client will have the option to schedule an on-site visit or continue with the remote support session. If you choose not to continue the support call or schedule an onsite visit you will be responsible for the minimum charge.

Support phone calls direct to technicians $35 M0 Minimum + hourly service rate unless prior agreement has been authorized
