Here is a phishing attempt that exploits concern over the H1N1 Vaccination and appears to be from the Center For Disease Control. It tries to fool you into believing that a personal H1N1 (Swine Flu) vacation shot is wait for you and that all you need to do is provide some personal information. It’s a SCAM and I’ve included it below:
