I received an email today from glen nishiyama (glennishiyama6lo@gmail.com) today with the title Overdue Notice. Inside the email was attached a PDF with the following text.
It’s all a big phishing attempt and they use the PDF to bypass the spam filters. So, without further ado, here are the contents of that email and PDF.

End of phishing email…
i work in collections that bill didnt even seem right
OK,
I can’t believe anyone would believe this garbage. They must be smoking dope to believe any of this.
First of all just blow off any debt collectors. If they call you on the phone, tell them to get lost.
Tell them you will never in this life time pay any debt collector for any amount no matter the consequences. Then tell them to have the company they represent to contact you in person with a verifiable means of truly identifying who you are speaking with or it will never be paid.
I get all kinds of medical bills from debt collectors since an accident in April.
You’d be amazed how fast the company contacts you when you just inform them there is an equitable way of handling this but never ever will you deal with a debt collector.
Also let them know if they did refer any amounts that might or might not be owed to a collector that it is in danger of being permanently lost due to their disreputable way of communicating with you.
thanks for clearing this up for me. I was just about to reply to this email with my telephone number. I thought it was real because i really do owe Paypal money, Thanks once again, im glad i decided to look up this email
I honestly thought this was some amount I owed, which has accrued over the years. I only glanced at this before, but now, with a little scrutiny, there are red flags which have been raised. Thank you for this life-altering info! You are a Godsend.
I got the same thing in my e mail. Who is this from. Whats up w/ this
