Yet another scam, this time they come right out and tell you there will be a $98 charge to collect your 1.3 million dollars. Here it is:

I, Mr.Yoyo Babayalian, want to let you know that i have tried my best to get the fee for the shipment of your atm card valued (1.3 million U.S. Dollars) i have paid it on your behalf to the company for you to receive your atm card as well.
So my dear, the only fee you will pay to them is the activation fee which is($98 usd), kindly contact the atm department head office for them to know that you are the real owner of the atm card just mail them now and ask them for your atm card.
Do not waste any time my dear, fell free to get in touch with the atm financial bank head office now and ask them for your atm master card.
