This is the Rev Matthew Strehlo scam, an attempt to make you feel as though you are communicating with a reverend who would like you give your a debit card with $8 million on it. The first thing they will do is charge you fees in order to get the card (which will never come by the way). So, without further ado, here is the scam:

Now I, Matthew Strehlo, have arranged your payment of ( $8.300,000.00) eight million three hundred thousand united states dollars only through swift card payment center Asia pacific, this card center will send you an ATM card which you will use to withdraw your money in any ATM machine in any part of the world,

But the maximum is one thousand, five hundred united states dollars per day. so if you like to receive your fund in this way, please let me, Matthew Strehlo, know by contacting financial bank atm payment department and also send the following information as listed below.
