This mail is a scam as I also received the same and while verifying its genuineness, I got to know that the sender is sending these mails from U.S (not from Amsterdam).
his IP Address is : 205.188.59.129

Don’t give these guys a buck! I’m living in turkey and I have been receiving such messages from all around the world a hundred times. They gather your info as well as they keep asking little money for procedures. all lies…. some really does some transactions (of terror money) and gets money back from you, some only cheats on little sums….etc don’t get into this snowball effect and waste money to get the previous ones back.
