Not only can’t they spell, but their script is so bad that it duplicated itself. This scam promises me that I have 2.5 Million US Dollars sitting in a box waiting for me to pick it up. Here it is below:

However, all the necessary arrangement of delivering the US $2.5 Million us dollars in cash was made with fedex courier services company ltd. In cotonou benin republic, mrs sandra matthew the director of central bank of west african states (bceao) cotonou have to package the sum of US $2.5 Million us dollars in cash for me. Then she also agreed to help me to registerthe consignment box with fedex courier services company ltd. Infact i’m happy that every movement i made goes normally.
As for our agreement with the fedex courier services company ltd. They promised that your consignment will leave this country on monday next week, but the director of the fedex courier services company ltd. Said that they need your contacts informations to able them meet up with you immediately the diplomat agent arrived to your country. Can FedEx not interfere and act decisively to stop this scam?
I got one of those too. I did replied and now am being called almost everyday to pay a fee of $105 for security keeping fee to have my package delivered to my door step.
its suppose to be 2.7 million in cash. Has anyone ever pay the fee? I would like to know what kink of check did Mr. Julian received by airmail. Please explain.
I got one like this some time back. I pretended to be a kindly befuddled elderly retired priest and told them I didn’t have any money. “Just send the check along,” I told them, “and when I get it I’ll put it into my bank and wire you the money and a little something extra to show my appreciation.”
I got the check, a really amateurish piece of work that wouldn’t fool anyone, and it wasn’t sent by FedEx, it showed up in an airmail envelope with no return address.
They’re still waiting for their “security keeping fee” and I’m afraid they’ll have to wait until the “good father” remembers. LOL!
I am always tempted to reply with some kind of sarcastic condesending tone pointing out their poor grammer and pathetic use of the English language but have been told that this is not advisable as it would only make them aware that my account is active and could only invite more of the same. What can we do to stop or inhibit their day to day function?? Surely there is a way of playing with them!??!
i have been receiving this email for a while they wont stop sending them don’t now how to report this to the feds its getting a bit out of hand somebody needs to do something about it.
I have got the same email to they wanted me to send money to them and call fedex courier services to see if the package was there so can some one tell me whats going on thank you and have a good day….
Take a look at the email. If it would have had anything to do with fedex it would be @fedex.com not gmail or live .. this is a scam a DUH
I have recieved a similar letter in the email and deleted it ….but then today I recieved the following …supposedly from fedex stating…. well read it yourself and tell me what you think.

We have been waiting for you to contact us for your Package that is been
registered with us for shipping to your residential location. We had
thought that your sender gave you our contact details. It may interest you
to know that a letter is also added to your package. However, we cannot
quote the content of your package, except that it has a Bank Draft worth
of $62,000.00 (Sixty Two Thousand US Dollars). As you know, FedEx does not
ship money in CASH or in CHEQUES but BANK DRAFTS are shippable.
The package is registered with us for mailing by an official of the united
nation office in UK.We are sending you this email because your package is
been registered on a Special Order. What you have to do now, is to contact
our Delivery Department for immediate dispatch of your package to your
residential address. Note that as soon as our Delivery Team confirms your
information, it will take three (3) working days (72Hrs) for your package
to arrive at your designated destination.
For your information, the VAT & Shipping charges as well as Insurance fees
have been paid by your colleague before your package was registered.
Note that the payment that is made on the Insurance, Premium & Clearance
Certificates, are to certify that the Bank Draft is not a Drug Affiliated
Fund DAF) neither is it funds to sponsor Terrorism in your country. This
will help you avoid any form of query from the Monetary Authority of your
country.
However, you will have to pay a sum of £105 GBP which is equivalent to
