Ever wonder what the helpdesk is thinking when you call them for support? I received this in an email and found it worth posting, it was labeled as helpdesk tips. I’m not saying all helpdesk support staff thinks this way, but I am sure that any helpdesk tech has had this happen or had these thoughts
