In a recent study, researchers demonstrate that if you nap just 10 minutes per day, you will feel better and improve your ability to learn and remember.

The collation between rest and learning is something that scientists have only recently proved even though many of us instinctively knew it to be true. Ever sleep on something and have an answer in the morning? Happens to me all the time!
